As a high ranking member of the Cartel, Hector is an overall cold, cruel and sadistic man who ranks as one of the most feared and dangerous operatives of the Cartel. Hector is a very prideful and arrogant human. He likes to accept the control, power and authority near the drug business all by himself. Therefore, he gets easily bellyaching when someone hurt or insult his ego. His lust for power is and then great that he is fully capable of hurting, manipulating or threatening others. Although he is an elderly man, he is unable to control his reactions, particularly when he is enraged. Hector can be very imposing and frightening, this has made him very feared.
